What type of Photo Booth do you have?
O Snap! Photo Booth and More currently have two State of the Art Photo Booths. Our Beautiful show stopper White LED Photo Booth with internal LED lights, a Professional DSRL Camera and a 21” touchscreen.
The second booth is our Sleek Black Lumia XL also using a DSRL Camera with an internal flash and a 21” touchscreen. The camera portion of this booth tilts up and down for easier photos for children and taller adults.
Both of our Photo Booths have a Professional printer that prints your Photos in less than 10 seconds, no need to come back for your pictures. You will receive them immediately.
Does your price include setup, teardown and travel?
Yes, the price includes setup and teardown. Travel cost will be added for mileage over 50 miles from 33967 at a rate of $1.50 per mile for round trip travel. Always inquire first, because some packages will include mileage.
Do you provide props with all packages or are props a separate charge?
All of our packages include fun “theme” related sign props, hats and inflatable props and they are never an additional charge. Theme related props for birthdays, weddings, engagement parties, baby showers, graduations, corporate events and holiday parties.
Is a photo provided to everyone at the party?
All packages include a 2×6 photo for each guest that takes a photo and text to phone option is available as well. A 4×6 photo option can be added for an additional $50 per hour. There is a Social Media package that only provides the text to phone option.
What type of Backdrops do you have to choose from?
We have over 50 8’x8’ or 7’x7’ professional print backdrops to choose from. These pillowcase type backdrops fit over a frame and are wrinkle free. We have Backdrops for all occasions; Birthdays (adult & child), Holidays, Weddings, Anniversaries, Graduations, Formal events and fun related themes. We do not upcharge for backdrops.
Do you have a selection of templates (photo strips) to choose from?
We have access to over 500 templates to choose from for all types of Events and themes. We will customize the template to your needs. You may add whatever text you desire and also a Logo of your choice if you are holding a Corporate type Event.
What size space do you need for setup?
We require, at the minimum, an 8’x8’x8’ space for the equipment, prop table and backdrop frame. If you look at our Photos from previous Events, we provide an amazing experience, which we feel is the Best in SWFL, therefore we need a good area to set up all of the equipment and our numerous Props that go along with our FUN Photo Booth Rental.
Do you operate the photo booth outside? Do you provide your own tent and electrical power?
Typically, we do not prefer to setup outdoors due to the operation and liability of the equipment. The equipment does not like the hot and rainy Florida weather! However, if an outside booth is requested, accommodations can be adjusted. A site visit will take place to determine booth location, type of ground and distance to electrical connection. If we provide a tent, an additional $100.00 will be added. If we provide electrical power, an additional $150.00 will be added for the first three hours, $50.00 for every additional hour. Not all venues will require a tent or power, so inquire first to determine your specific needs. The Photo Booth does require electric to operate.
Is your company insured?
Yes, we have $1 million dollar General Liability insurance policy. Some venues will require outside vendors to carry liability insurance. A certificate of insurance can be provided upon request.
Do you provide your own WI-FI signal?
Yes, we have our own WI-FI devices that are secured and only setup for the photo booth to operate from. However, the WI-FI device operates off a cell phone signal and if the cell signal is weak or non-existent, then we will ask for the venue/guest to provide a WI-FI signal. This option is required to text or email photos.
Do you provide attendants with the Photo Booth?
Yes, we always provide 1-2 fun and professional photo booth attendants to operate the booth, interact with guests and manage the flow of the guests through the photo process. Beware, some photo booth companies will drop off equipment and the guest will have to operate it.
